    I offer 50-minute individual sessions in person or online. I can also do phone sessions when in person or online is not possible. I am at the office Tuesdays through Fridays and the occasional Monday.

    If you have the time and budget, I recommend starting with sessions once per week. Once you start feeling better, we reduce the frequency until you are good to go. You can come back for booster sessions if and when you need them after that.

Don’t see what you’re looking for? I can customize my therapeutic approaches to match your needs. You are unique and I celebrate that.

If what you need is outside my scope of practice, I will refer you to another practitioner or give you recommendations. Unfortunately, I cannot give direct referrals to psychiatry as only medical physicians hold that right.
